Before expressing my dissatisfaction w/ in-app banking features, I want to point out that have accounts with capital one bank in addition to your bank. I do not experience any issues with your competitors app, food for thought....
Auto capture feature is extremely difficult to use when attempting to deposit checks electronically.
Also, added requirement of writing “ for electronic deposit only at Fidelity Bank” underneath my endorsement signature on back of check is tedious, time consuming, and an annoyance. The benefit (I assume) behind electronic deposit is to offer customers an alternative(and more convenient) method of depositing money, allowing customers to avoid an additional “errand “ or trip to the bank.
However, electronic deposit on this app is so difficult and time consuming for depositing checks in batches. Extremely inconvenient to such an extent that im forced to make a needless errand to your bank, simply to deposit money. Pointless.
I’m self employed; time is money, and I’m not making money when I’m running errands necessary for business Operations.
Please consider revising this feature. The manner in which the app currently operates has me considering the idea of moving my accounts to one of your competitors: one that allows me the convenience of depositing with ease.
