This app provides only bare bone functions: no ability to research/change plans, inquire About options, etc. The only useful function is the usage history, but even this is hidden behind a bunch of irrelevant options.DaStefano

Several pages and detail messages are still not translated to English which makes using the app very difficult to understand.
Text messages are sent in Polish.
It’s very difficult to understand how to renew pre-paid monthly plan. There should be a simple button that for renewing monthly plan that is separate from top-up options.
The chat feature easily connected me with an English-speaking agent who was able to help me understand how to renew my plan.Show lessacme rater
Applications stuck
I just downloaded the application and I can’t use it. It is stuck in the application loading page. It can’t seem to load the app. I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but still getting same problem. What should I do next?Ozi-Agidima

Login using the phone number is broken
Staff at the T-Mobile was unable to help me with it. This has been broken for well over a year. The login with an existing account is also partially broken. It hangs after the confirmation page.Ptys007
