Why take away fingerprint login ? Bring it back !!!

App works fine but they took away the fingerprint log in feature so you have to type password in everytime now . Why go backwards . Annoying

When the app was updated, the fingerprint feature was reset. To turn it back on, click on the 'More' menu located in lower right corner of the CCU app then select the 'Settings' gear option in the upper right corner. Tap on the 'Fingerprint Unlock' option which will prompt your device to scan your fingerprint. Please use the 'Send a Secure Message' option in the app if you have any questions. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Simple and easy.

App is simple and easy, never a single issue to report. They always let you know days when the branches will be closed for holidays, etc. in the header. Design is simple and on brand. If you can’t figure it out it’s probably you, not the app.

Love card only wish is if could be shut off with app. In case lost or stolen.

Great App

I have an account at one of the national banks as well and their app is not as good as the CCU app.

Credit Union data is always updated in real time. I see my balance change immediately. Plus, I can do just about anything I need to do right in the same app.

Keep up the good work CCU.

New update is trash

The formatting is terrible. I can’t tell what date transactions were made on anymore. Fix this.

New Update

The new layout is awful. Why did you take away the separation of days? It’s so much harder to read with the new font. The old layout was so much better..
