Great app, I actually use it for competitive ballroom dancing, and it works very well.
Was skeptical but not any more
Initially I admit I was skeptical about how this app could help me. However, after trying it I'm not anymore. I listened to this sports version and the sleep track that's free. I don't hear the ending on either of them but I do perform better under pressure and wake up feeling like I have had enough sleep. This alone is worth the small investment!

Far too much silent space
I have tried many hypnosis apps and mp3s as I enjoy listening to them as I go to sleep. In all honesty this one is the worst I have tried as there are so many extended sections of silence. With an update that condenses down the speech and gets rid of all the quiet sections, this could be a 4 or 5 star app.

Paid for the app, downloaded it. Wouldn't open. Uninstalled it and re-downloaded. Still won't open.
