    I’m told the next magazine is available but when I buy it it never arrives . I’ve told you this before and it’s still useless . It may arrive in a few days time . I have no problem buying the other magazines every month .

    The new software is excellent and easy to use. I can read the magazine easily on my iPad.
  • This App is Completely Dire

    This app is not even worth one star. They will take your money but don’t ever expect to be able to read any magazines it is appalling. Support is non existent web site is completely useless. How is this app allowed on the apple site it should be withdrawn immediately. Do not purchase under any circumstances.

  • Terrible app.

    So, I subscribed for the digital edition this summer because the current world situation has meant that newsstand issues aren’t arriving here in the US, and was successfully able to download a few missed issues and the current one. However the app will frequently forget I already downloaded them so I have to go and log in again to restore them. This in itself takes forever, this is like dial up speed. Now, it seems to have forgotten I have a subscription and my password, and I can’t log in at all-and of course my purchases have all disappeared as well. Password reset does nothing-the email takes ages to arrive and does not work when it does. In fact I’m waiting for another one now-it’s been half an hour.

    It’s ridiculous. I’ve been reading this magazine since the late 80s. I’d hate to have to stop because of this terrible app.

  • Great Mag Abysmal App

    Just like others, trying to connect to their server to download new issues, re-read old issues or restoring purchases is a three day ordeal. Requested password changes but linked emails fail or don’t appear for days. Nothing seems to work. Just got nicked for $40 for an annual subscription renewal and can’t download the bloody magazines. Have been a subscriber for 3 years but this has become ridiculous. Somebody at Pixelmags needs to come up with a fix NOW!

  • App won’t connect to server. Support is non existent

    Had the app a few years. It would occasionally insist on being connected for me to view already downloaded editions. Now it won’t connect at all to the server. I’m not even able to read already downloaded editions. I’ve reinstalled the app, tried contacting support, even reached out to them on social media, not one reply other than an automated email with broken links. I love the mag, but this is a terrible app.

  • Rubbish. Absolute rubbish.

    I read other reviews what rubbish this app was, but did not believe it could be that bad, but how wrong I was. It’s an utter disgrace and presents like some kid badly photocopied a paper mag, and posted it on line for a prank. And Haymarket take money off people for this? They should be ashamed.
