Won't let me log in even though I have the right username and password

Changed my password and it still would not allow me to log in, authentication error.

With the amount of money I spend with AWS every year you would think they can make a app that lets you log in. Please fix the problem!!!!

I have been a AWS member for a while, and when I try to open / download a journal it tells me incorrect ID/ password.
I am using the right number and password. This needs to be fixed.

Authentication failed
Won't let me log in. Keeps saying "authentication failed". App is useless and there's no way to contact the developer.
