    I have been using this for quite some time. It always reliable. I have never had any issues with this app. I will continue using it and I recommend to everyone.
  • Nice app, but...

    I really loved this app and was happy to download it again when I got my new iPhone, but I was really disappointed to learn that they changed it to only people who were paying a membership fee could listen to their own music to wake up. I got the paid version of the app when I had my iPod touch specifically so I could wake up to my own music.

  • Sleep dream!

    The Sleep Time app has been so worth the little bit of money I paid for it. I am a poor sleeper and I can tell from the analysis how frequently I am disturbed by children or dogs or life. I would do better to get eight hours of sleep a night, but, I'm so busy. I like the gentle wake-up best. So much better than a traditional alarm on the nightstand.

  • Not a morning person

    I am NOT a morning person. I have been using this app about two months. The first morning that I was gently woken up by the subtle sounds, I hopped out of bed, made my coffee and was kind to others (not normal for me!) it has been a continuous happy journey. This app has changed my morning life and I am so grateful. I feel more rested and aware of the things that affect my sleep.

  • Best app yet

    I love this app I have a lot of sleep problems and have to take a lot of medication at night and this app is handy for tracking my sleep. I let my dr review it every month to see how I'm doing. He is even impressed with this app and the heart rate app.
  • Great Sleep App!! But...

    Does tell me how I have slept and the alarm sound choices are better than they were. But...has some bugs. Often it won't let me turn it off with the hold bar at bottom for two seconds. Also it affects the controls of other apps while it is running.
  • Helpful and informative

    I use this app every night in addition to my Fitbit sleep log. The two sets of data consistently match up, so I'm assuming it is fairly accurate. The app has locked up on me once so I always set my regular alarm to go off at a slightly later time for back up. With the app running overnight your automatic iOS updates will not install.

  • Works great!!

    I read previous reviews of this application, and I do not agree. The application does not assess what is going on for you during your sleep cycle. That part is up to you. All the app does is to provide you with the necessary information so that you can assess your sleeping patterns, cycle and how you feel in the morning. With that being said, the application delivers everything that the publisher states it will. I would recommend this to anyone who wishes to assess their sleep cycles as to maybe why in the morning they wake up, and they don't feel all that well. Or they wake up and they feel great, and this way they can reassess what and how well they slept so that they can get another great night of sleep.
    Worth every penny.

    I am addicted to this app. Wish it displayed current temperature but otherwise, works well. Like most others, can't really verify the data, but it seems reasonable enough, plus, never jolted out of bed. I always feel like I wake up more naturally. I feel like I can get a better estimate of how much I sleep every night.

  • Useful and seems accurate

    *** edited to 3 stars, down from 5. I paid for the app a year ago and it has now gone to subscription. I still use it, but I am dissatisfied with the current user interface and lowered access to my stats. It has a couple good white noise tracks and does what it says when I comes to the alarm system. When I pay for an app, I do not want it to go to subscription to get what I thought I paid for.
