Stay away from this credit union

This credit union stinks frankly. Their customer service is very poor and they give absurd, nonsensical reasons for denying applications for credit cards. There are much better credit unions and lending institutions out there. These people will just be a waste of time and they will put inquiries on your credit profile for no reason.

Update is terrible

Never can get past the loading screen

Easy to access with Face ID!

No log out option

With the merger of the two apps you lost the functionality to log out. Will you be adding this back soon?

App is okay

Does not have touch ID login. Get with the times, every other banking institution has it.

New update is terrible

The app worked fine before the update. Now it is glitchy, it makes you repeat the same steps over and over. It starts you over in the middle of doing something. I wish I could go back to the old version. Please fix asap!

NOT WORTH A STAR

I have tried to use the app on an iPhone 4S with no results. It simply does not work. I notified the issue to SBCU people by phone but has not taken it into accounts.

Terrible

I use to love this app. The new update is terrible. They added an unnecessary menu and now I can't scroll to see my past charges on my account. Bad app. Hope they fix it.

Latest update is no good

So I love this app, but the latest update is terrible. There's an unnecessary menu, and you have lost the ability to scroll? I could barely see what I had in my checking account today.
