Powerful, Flexible & Reliable!
It's incredibly flexible, allowing each Agent to not only tailor their presentation but also they 'way' in which they present the products. Superb search functions & back office integration mean that this app is not only time saving but more powerful than our previous presenters.
In terms of managing the database and images, it's a dream. Simple image uploads and automated daily product updates, which are then passed automatically to all of our Agents means that our Agents have up-to-date stock & product information on a daily basis – removing the need for weekly manual updates!
The whole ordering taking process is quick (customisable options again) and intuitive. The menu is brilliant, allowing multiple ways to present your products & being easy to navigate with a product range of over 3,000 lines is no easy task, but it handles this comfortably. Once browsing the products there are again multiple ways around the app, and multiple options to add an item to the basket – all of this together makes ordering a fast and efficient process. Add in the photo quotes & the duplicating of orders, for not only multiple delivery addresses but different customers too, our Agents have a very effective sales tool.
The transition from hand held zappers to the SalesPak has been incredibly smooth, Trisoft have been there for us every step of the way. Their thorough & careful approach to the development of this app carries through to their support. We haven't had any major problems but any 'snags' we have encountered have been dealt with quickly – a must in any industry! I have every faith in their support team and look forward to upgrading our data, which will enable us to offer related products & product variations, resulting in an even better sales presentation!
As anyone who deals with Agents will know, keeping them all happy can be pretty much impossible but this app does a very good job!
