System freeze’s regularly
Slow and inefficient banking system. Online freezes regularly. Very poor customer service.
Cannot transfer money anymore
Since the latest update, I have been unable to transfer money. My iTunes Store is in the U.K. and it puts a £ when I put the amount I want to transfer and when I have to put my super token it shows 0.0MXP so I can’t transfer money anymore. If you don’t fix this issue soon, I’m going to have to change bank.

Siempre inventan nuevas medidas de seguridad que a los únicos que afectan es a los usuarios. La burocracia del banco aunado a sus cambios orillan a los clientes a que suspendan sus servicios… después de años de aguantar… finalmente lograron convencerme a cancelar todos los servicios.

Piden una contraseña diferente para cada cosa, las contraseñas son con formatos muy poco amigables, es imposible recordarlas todas y para qué cosa es cada una. Si uno se equivoca un par de veces se bloquea todo y por teléfono NADIE te puede apoyar.

For some unknown reason my Token was cancelled. But following instructions of the Bank on my cellular I was able to get a new one in a matter of minutes
