How come this app is released with so many bugs?

Still no Apple Pay or mobile wallet integration. The app looks outdated and it has a bunch of unnecessary features. Please Santander Mexico, make this app have a better user experience
Needs update on month activity
I didn’t have ANY problems with the app but since yesterday I can only see my account balance and it’s stuck on last months activity report. It doesn’t show me my activity of October. Months activity needs to be updated. Please get it fixed soon!! Thanks!
Buena aplicación
Estoy contento de haber tomado la decision de abandonar HSBC por Santander. La experience de usuario es importante en mi opinion y la app movil de Santander le gana por millas a HSBC.
Ojo todavia tiene muchas mejoras por hacer (comparense con Monzo y Revolut), me encantaria tener touch id y no recordar mi clave todo el tiempo pero bueno, al menos se nota que han trabajado constantemente en la app, algo que no se ve en HSBC

I wouldn’t expect more than third world App from Mexico. I won’t even bother to add my suggestions, I consider it a waste of time.
Physical Token is a bother
No need to have a physical token authentication on for app transfers. It defeats de purpose of digital token authentication. Who thought of this?
