observation skills
I love games of hide and seek, optical illusions, puzzles etc. I think they are so important for children's problem solving skills, reading ability and critical thinking skills. The animals in this are not too easy to find, but easy enough that my child experiences success after trying. I like being able to switch off the music (I find the constant noise annoying, and also think it can be distracting while trying to concentrate), but I wish we could leave on the animal sounds, as it's rewarding to hear the trumpeting elephant when we spot him behind a hut or whatever. I've given 4 stars.

Hidden Animals for kids
I was playing on my I phone and it's just too small to find whatever you are looking for! I couldn't make my screen any bigger then what it is normally ! So I can not give it any more then two stars! I got this app for my special needs daughter and I just know she would not be able to play!

I like this app but am very disappointed that after you find the animal it doesn't just go to the next find, but instead goes to a screen to get you to buy another app 'The Elephants Child', this make it very hard to keep my boys attention past one page of find the animal!

Cute animals. Easy to find even for a toddler. Kid likes it. Would be nice if they added some voice to guide the kids, like, you know, Well Done!
Ads, small hit targets make it hard for kids
Often only a very small area of an animal is showing, making it okay to find, but very hard to touch. After ever level is a full-screen ad for another app, and it's not clear that's what it is.
