Doesn’t work
There’s no easier way to say it than this app just doesn’t work...
I tried to register and once through the clumsy line of questioning nothing happens.
This app needs binned and they need to start again.shoomy

Unable to renew or reserve...
Had no issues when I first downloaded the app, could easily renew books and search the catalogue. Since the latest update however, i'm unable to reserve or renew books with the app stating "item cannot be renewed - you are not allowed to borrow this item". When I phoned my local library they said I wasn't alone and others were getting the same error but he was able to renew my books for me. Even after logging out and back in, no difference. Please sort it out, having to phone or go in in person to renew is a nuisance!Show lessPrincessP83
Could be better
The app is ok, it's good to see what books I have outstanding and it gives me opening hours for libraries.
It would be good if you could truly browse the catalogue instead of having to search for key words like now.
It would also be better if there was an option to narrow down formats such as audio book/large print.
Another beneficial feature would be if you could request books to be moved between libraries for you, my local library has a tiny selection of large print and it's a pain trying to get to the library for request only to have to trek back a few days later to collect the book again.
Overall I'd say this app is perfect for straight forward browsing but not so good for special requirements.Show lessJennifer Kiernan
Would be perfect if it worked!
Sometimes I'm unable to click on the buttons on the main menu and so it doesn't take me to the further pages. As a result I've been unable to explore much of the app. I've been able to get onto my account section, would be useful to have a renew all button.sjbscotland
Good for a while but has bugs
Loved this app when I first got it, but now having problems with loans and reservations.
App says "currently have no loans" but I've got items on loan. When I log into library account via website they show up.
Also, I'm not sure where you're meant to use barcode as library card because any time I've shown the app to library staff they don't know anything about it and the barcode doesn't scan.Show lessGlasgow bookworm

So simple to search for a book you want and then reserve it. No more having to traipse down to the library to look through the catalogue.Finniestonian
Great idea not without it's faults
Why the need for wifi? Why does it take an age to load even on wifi? Quite often doesn't load at all but still with a few improvements a great apprabgers

The app is dead easy to use and does everything you'd expect it to - catalogue, library info and barcode so no more cards! Well done!purpleotteruk
