    One the worst apps I’ve ever seen. The UI looks like it’s 15 years old and you can’t even sign in.
  • Terrible UI/UX - irresponsive app

    One of the most frustrating app to use, if you have more than 20 receipts it turn into hours long process watching a « please wait » spinner for minute at a time, irresponsible drop down menu and no way to save preset for let’s say food item so every time you have to select more than 5 drop-downs that could easily be save as a « type of expense item » that you know you would reuse all the time.

    In 2022 having such a bad app for a company like Cartus that make so much $$$$ with most if not all fortune 50 company is a total shame.

  • Unusable

    Can’t use the expense report function because it keeps crashing when I add a picture of a receipt or try to take a picture through the app.
  • Delegates can’t use it…

    Useless for us as I can’t use the app being a delegate. As others have stated, I’m a delegate for a reason, so not being able to use an app designed only for a main user doesn’t make any sense.
  • Not user friendly

    Inability to attach pdf files meant 5 screen shots for a single receipt, which, of course, caused the whole expense report to be rejected. Freezes frequently. Many times it won’t let me log in from the app even when I can from the computer. Won’t let me add files to submitted report (can from computer).

  • Nope, not working

    Can’t log on. Why bother downloading this piece of **** while you can use the webpage version? Developers, make something useable!

    Wish I could give 0 stars.
  • App constantly freezes and needs to be restarted

    Submitting my expense reports took about twice as long as they should have and caused a great deal of frustration due to the app continually crashing. Middle of uploading a photo? Crash. Middle of submitting the report? Crash. And of course no work was ever saved, forcing you to start over. Really, this app was the worst part of my entire relocation.

  • Antique by today’s APP standards

    Should be a helpful APP but sub par nuances ruin the benefit for people on the go. First, it’s the only APP on my phone that does not at least ‘remember’ your user ID. 100% if the time you have to enter the ID and the password. Secondly, if your 90 password limit has expired and you want to change your password on your phone the user name entry box is greyed out and it won’t let you enter it. You can enter the old and new password and even enter the confirmation of the new password but not the user name. This translated into ‘go sit at your PC. APPs are supposed to be convenient not at PIA. Suggest you benchmark Concur as a start!!!!

  • Doesn't allow delegate access

    The app won't allow me to login as the delegate of the account and directs me to use a browser with their webpage. Why have a mobile app then? I'm the delegate because I'm the one that's going to be responsible for all of the coordination.
