Reviews of Laudate

  • Excellent guide and prayers

I love this app. Every morning I read the daily Bible verses, daily prayer, reflections, and Saint of the Day. Before mass I read the confession examination of conscience before receiving communion. Excellent podcasts, the entire Bible, the Rosary, special interest prayers, etc etc etc. Also a host of others related to the Catholic faith. One can find prayers in times of struggle, prayers for Thanksgiving, holidays, etc.
In a world where so much turmoil is happening, it is easy to sometimes doubt one’s faith. This app gets me right back on track. And I can take the entire Bible with me wherever I go on my phone.
  • My daily go-to for devotions and prayers

Laudate is the most dependable Catholic App that I use. It never crashes. It has rosary beads that turn color when they are touched, one by one, to keep track of where I am in the prayers. Interface is easy to understand. It has prayers in English and in Latin. There are two bible translations. It links to the daily Mass readings. The background colors used are easy on the eyes. There is so much to explore — various radio stations, media. It’s incredibly simple to use and yet has a ton of good solid Catholic resources. It’s designed so well.
  • I’m grateful to have this

Laudate has added so much to my daily devotion and my needs are simple and fully met.
I’m able to bookmark my favorite prayers choosing from a very generous list already loaded or I can add my own prayers if not on the list.
I appreciate the Liturgy of Hours and the various rosary devotions with meditation.

I find the examination of conscious useful to keep me on track before I go to reconciliation.

A digital Bible is included so I can look something up if I don’t have my Bible handy.

The various media sites have been useful under a number of circumstances.

I’ve read some comments about the app being less than perfect. It’s perfect for me and it has changed and enriched my devotional life. Sometimes the app kicks me out and I have to go back into it. That is nothing in comparison to the joy it brings me. I know several other users who feel the same.

To Laudate staff I say Thank You. This collection of Catholic resources is a gift of love. Thank you.
