App doesn’t open

For almost 20 days now the app doesn’t work. I try to open it and it just stays on the 1st view

Internet connection message

App used to work fine but now it keep saying no internet connection when I am clearly connected. I tried wifi and 5g same message.

Not optimised for iPhone

I really want to love this app but it’s really ugly. It’s not optimised for iPhone 16 (or any iPhone), the text going over the edges and you can’t read it.

The opening splash screen image is so low res it’s laughable. In fact the entire interface is low res quality.

The layout is confusing. All I want to do is see a list of my accounts with balances as soon as the app opens. Instead you have to fumble about through all menus to find it.

The Home Screen is full of ads and offers. Very distracting. Also since installing this, I am bombarded with notifications about special offers on a daily basis. I turned these off in the app but they still keep coming. I had to turn them off permanently in my phone settings.

With a few tweaks this can be an amazing app. Come on IndusInd you can do better.

Spamming with marketing notification with Ads

I was not able to use indusfastremit. Got 403 error. They registered a ticket and I am waiting for a fix. My account is still yet to be activated . Its been more than a month and feels like the process takes forever. Most importantly, their marketing ads omgggg not able to tolerate. They prove its an indian app. Common like 10-15 a day? Are you serious. I wish i could post the pictures. I am so afraid I might miss some important account notification because of this spamming marketing notifications. There is no way to turn it off.

Giving 2 stars because their response and customer service is pretty good. Its not like the end of the tunnel. But please try using US banking by yourself and you will not see these many spam marketing ads. Please guys give us an option to disable it.

Good but

App is good to use but show up too many advertisements which is annoying. It would be good if the name of accounts can be customised - if makes life a lot easier when you have multiple accounts.

Slow and buggy App that tests your patience

This has got to be the worst banking app out there. It doesnt load or work half of the time giving out errors. The app seems to be just a bad webview embedded in the app. I have stopped putting any money into this bank because a bank that cant put money into developing a secure app wont be putting any money towards keeping my money secure. The only reason i use this is because it is the only bank that allows me to have upi id and MF

The worst banking app l ever used

No UPI app for iPhone users

Instead of partnering with ICC to sponsor a tournament spend some money in your own bank to develop a UPI app for iOS users. And stop claiming to support UPI until you don’t have anything

Poor app management and maintenance

Every single time I try to log into the app I get this message We are unable to process your request. Please try again later.

And I can’t even login to the app the worst part is the customer service I emailed almost 4 times in the past 3 months regarding the app and the customer issues towards setting my cc pin but no response at all I mean I get a list of issues with this bank

Worst mobile app experience and services also not good.

Almost 2 years back opened NRI/NRO account but still I never use bank for any transactions worst mobile use experience. Even for mobile registration they takes almost month and also they mobile user experience is worst part. They are supporting the FaceID users.

I wouldn’t recommend this bank for anything

Alternatives to IndusMobile
