App still drops out and won’t reload, need to close the app then wait and then reopen, only for it to drop out again 5 mins later
Update has ruined app
This app is so bad now. You can’t listen to a talkback station with so many drop outs and buffering. It’s really bad and so frustrating because I don’t have another way of listening to 4BC
Hit and miss
Keeps dropping out really annoying. This is the last time i reboot.
Why do I need to keep logging in?
Stop making me log in all the time. It’s a radio station, not a bank.

Have contacted support 3 times with no response. The only way to actually listen without restarting the app constantly is using the webpage.

How do you manage to find sensible presenters for the breakfast segment at weekends and when the usual weekday presenters are on holidays yet persevere with the gibberish presented during the normal week periods. Can I suggest you take the Sydney morning show as you did with Ray Hadley and give us a less QLD centric day? My friends and I turn to them until 9.00 anyway

Constantly Signing In!!
Why do you constantly need to sign in? I use the app in my car via CarPlay, but it has become impossible to listen because I can’t sign in whilst driving…. You have made a mistake by insisting on it. The 4GB app(sister station) has been updated the same but doesn’t require constant sign ins!!
Sleep timer
Where’s the sleep timer gone. I listen to you every night and put sleep timer on. Looks like I have to change stations now with the new look. It’s disappeared. not happy.

New app logging out
I have downloaded the new app, logged in but when trying to use the app with apple car play it keeps asking me to login. Why are I not staying logged on n like previous versions
Improved reception
The app in my car gives me access to 4BC with clear reception on the Sunshine Coast.
Also used successfully in USA.
Have to switch to 2GB for breakfast as 4BC breakfast show is rubbish.
Now also switching to get Ray Hadley

I have been using the app for a couple of years now and I am very very happy with it
4BC
I used to love everything about 4BC except the three giggling, empty headed announcers you have in the early time slot until 9am. Consequently I NEVER listen to them, will NEVER listen to them and always stream Ben Fordham at 2GB for that session and will continue to do so until those three weak links are replaced. I used to then switch to 4BC to listen to Ray Hadley but I now leave it on 2GB until midday since 4BC also dropped the Ray Hadley show. Once I would have given 4BC a 5 Star Review but the rot started when you firstly took Neil BREEN off the early mornings and replaced him with the three lightweights. Sadly, now that Ray Hadley is gone I can’t come back to 4BC until Sofia Formica and Peter Gleeson are hosting.

I live on an island and it’s great to have a phone in your pocket.
It drops out occasionally but it’s not your fault.

Love the platform, but get a bit frustrated with advertising being played when first turn on and when I hear “we are currently playing content that can not be played on digital services” why can’t it and give me something other than that message.
Not great but …good
I’m quite happy listening via the app but the “you’re not allowed to hear this o the app” is very frustrating and sounds almost like censorship. But, it’s very convenient to hear 4BC in areas you don’t reach.
Extra adverts annoying
The additional ads inserted into the app stream are annoying. They are repetitive and interrupt news and stories.
