Cannot open up the apps
Why every time I open the apps, it keep closing up

App keep crashing on iphone whenever app is launched
APP IS FUNCTIONING UNSTABLE
This app together with TOTO and BIG SWEEP are functioning unstable. Whenever I tap on the app, the image immediately close by itself!!!!
Can you look into this matter? I am using iPhone 8 plus with software version 13.5.1.
I had already deleted and re-installed several times and the problems keep persist.

Individual apps keep crashing
Your 3 apps (4D, Toto and Sweep) individual apps persistently crash since mid-December last year. Even if Number 8 SG works perfectly, it’s alot better to fix the other three. -.-”

Your SG 4D, SG TOTO & SG Sweep apps all crash. Cannot use. I've paid for all these 3 apps. Please try to solve the issue ASAP. Thank you.

Purchased his s’pools apps few years back, it stopped working after 1-2 years, asked to buy the individual 4D and TOTO apps. Purchased them, now they stopped working again after 2 years, asked to buy another so-called Number 8 app...

The screen is not fit on IPhone X
Apps was great for IPhone 6 but once I transferred over IPhone X, the background paper was small and that caused us to have difficulty in seeing the results.
