Live video ok, no photo
Live camera works ok. Plastic spoons, etc are cheaply made. Cant get photo function to work. Very limited capability.

So it worked a year ago and now I need to use it AND IT WONT PAIR! I turned it on it blinked green, so now I’m mad

Tried everything. Troubleshooting didn’t work.
Will not pair
Device is blinking green but never appears in Bluetooth to pair. App only asks for iPhone camera access. Cannot use the ear camera device without the paired display making the product and app worthless.

Used this for the wireless otoscope i bought on amazon. Followed instructions and everything worked. Keep up the good job mai wu.
Can not connect to WiFi in setting!
Horrible app! Doesn’t allow to connect to WiFi on settings! Setting > resolutions??!
