Never works
Why don’t they fix it? Wheel just spins on a black screen. What garbage.
Poor tech & quality control.
I don’t usually make the effort to find an app and leave a review. But this app is so frustrating. The videos don't stream in 4k. If you set streaming quality to “auto”, it will stream in 1080p or lower. If you force the streaming quality to 4K, the videos stutter and don’t load properly. This is not an internet connection problem on my end as I have a gigabit connection. The owners of this app likely were too cheap to pay for good streaming servers.
Also, the quality of videos is all over the place. Some are great, some look like they were filmed with a phone and then poorly encoded.
You’re better off finding some 4k nature videos on YouTube, especially if you have YouTube premium.

videos are 10/10, but the app and website are trash
i’m not able to reset my password from my phone or desktop, i’m not able to log into my smart tv, the app crashes and bugs constantly on my phone and tv, the rewind buttons don’t even work. the layout is clunky, there is no filter options in the search…
i’m cancelling my subscription. i’ll check back in a couple months and see if there’s any improvement in UX/UI design, but i just can’t justify paying for an app that makes my blood pressure skyrocket every time i attempt use it. owners, please budget more resources for developers! you’re losing business over it

Been trying for 45 minutes to cancel my subscription, they make it super fun and it’s almost like a side game of “how much can I waste on this before I’m able to cancel”

Awesome application, if you have a good iPhone/IPad/MacBook that is good with 4K I recommend, other devices should work but it will lower the quality. I don’t know much about what it would do but it’s just what should happen

After the 30 days you will be charged £89 whatever and will get no reply from customer service so you can kiss your money goodbye...BUT! hey it’s ok just go and relax watching 4K Nature Relax ,just be careful you don’t hit the tv when you throw your controls

Prefer natural sound over music. Otherwise it’s great.
I like the 4K videos. They are worth the subscription fee. I wish more of the videos had natural sound rather than the pumped in music. It would be nice to give the option for videos with music to remove it for natural sound.
Poor Quality - false advertising
Downloaded and purchased a subscription since I wanted this to play on my bedroom and living room Apple TV while I was at work.
App is INCREDIBLY buggy and barely functions with the Apple remote. Scroll sensitivity is off the charts.
The subscription process is convoluted and arduous, requiring the IAP, then online registration, then login through app, etc. After repeatedly attempting to get the video to play (and having to force quit the app) it finally would start.
Couple hours later - a warning message comes up on screen requesting confirmation that you’re still there. Left it burning on my screen the whole rest of the day while I was gone.

This is how i should be experiencing YouTube on my 2018 iPad Pro. It’s an insult to be watching stuff in 1080p with my capable device. Apple please make my feel like I got what I paid for.
