방금 전에 실수로 구매해서 결제했는데 환불 부탁드립니다ㅠㅠ 구독취소는 눌렀는데 방금 결제한 금액이 환불은 되나요? 앱내에서 프로그램은 아무것도 사용하지 않았습니다

This is a cleverly crafted app devised to fool the consumer into thinking they are getting something they are not getting. This is NOT 4K Downloader. I didn’t want a subscription to this app and was charged. Tried to cancel and the message I received was “will be cancelled 3/10/27. I want a refund to my apple account.

When I tried to use it it tried to make me pay to use it! Will not be using again do not download this app
It doesn’t handle big files
I tried to convert 4K 1.6GB file to HD. After 5 minute the program still try to opened it. 300MB files it handles OK.

Stealing peoples money
This guy never responds to messages . Applications dont work and keeps charging people with trash applications . Apple !! why do u let them to do this
Showing incorrect details of compressed video files
video file compressed with the app and saved to photos when selected again with app it shows correct details but when original file is selected for batch processing the compressed file size in MB is changed and shown as MB of original file size.

Does NOT give MP3 option
I wanted to love this but it does not give MP3 output as it claims. That was the only reason I got it. Would love to update review of the problem is fixed.

App simple does not work , 1 % error or just shut down… but it never miss to retrieve ads. it should get negative 5 stars
