White screen of death and no clue how to contact support

Tried opening the app and it's just a white screen. There's nothing there. Can't figure out how to reach out to support, tried to uninstall and reinstall. I have no idea if my information is safe or just gone or if it's being stolen as we speak.

Thought I had a tool to store my most important documents so I’d always have them. Turns out the moment I needed this most, I was out of signal. Which apparently is a requirement. Completely screwed me over. One of the most incompetent design decisions I’ve ever encountered.
