I tried to install this app on iPhone and iPad, and it wouldn’t load on either. Just keeps spinning...... irritating!

I could not even use this app! I tried to make a frame but it would not open! Just got the dreaded spinning circle! I finally was able to make the frame I want by removing this app from my phone and downloading another! Terrible app!
