We all want to stay in better touch with our friends near and far. I love the cute personal visualizations this app gives me to do just that. It has become a daily practice I can rely on to help me feel better out in the real world in my day-to-day.

Makes me SO happy!

This app is not only super fun, but it also makes you feel so good! I love the daily challenges - which only take a couple minutes - but wow! I really get a boost when I connect with people in this way. I also love to do the daily challenges with my 6 year old son as a way to teach him about gratitude and appreciation. 5&Go offers such a quick, fun, easy way to connect with people, be kind and feel happy. I wish I could give 10 stars!

New kind of Daily Practice

The 3 daily prompts give me 3 different avenues of intention each day. I don’t always get to all three but at least one a day speaks to me or fits into my regular routine. It brightens my day and I feel good that it is flexing my social muscles. I have felt really rusty coming out of the pandemic and this has really helped.

Awesome!

I was skeptical at first, but seriously had so much fun. Trying new things like this is either a good time or a wild story, but somehow this managed to be both. App was easy to use and I’m obsessed with my narwhal avatar.
