charged card during free trial
i downloaded this app to play with friends and used their free trial. a few days later i cancel the subscription a week before it was set to charge my card. my card was charged for 10.91 on february 17th when the trial was active until the 24th. they have refused to refund my money & i have since deleted the app.

Ok so I download this game to have a game night with my husband. Tell me why, I open the app I see a bunch of prompts just to get to the end and for it to tell me āstart your free 3 day trial. After that 9.99 a weekā. Ok so lemme ask you this, what makes you think I will pay 9.99 a WEEK for a game that Iāll probably open once a week if that. Even if I bought a physical version of this game I wouldnāt play it everyday. So seriously, what makes yāall think anyone will pay 9.99, again, A WEEK. And then thereās not even a free way to play it. They donāt even let you access past the ātrial partā. You donāt have an option of āhere, have some cards to play. If you like it and want more prompts buy these pack of cardsā. But honestly itās yāallās business. If you think people will be paying 9.99 a week for a game that they will open 3-4 times a month, if that, then you do you. But most likely than not people will be deleting this app and canceling the subscriptions.
