500 Road Rush

500 Road Rush is the first mobile game inspired by the award-winning artistic creations of Moccia Italian Art Decor®, based in Rutigliano, Bari, Puglia, Italy. Created from the original works of Vito Moccia and inspired by scenes of everyday village life in Italy during the 1960s and 1970s, the game transforms handcrafted terracotta whistle characters into a unique retro arcade adventure. Among the most iconic creations is the famous 500 Trasloco Moccia, originally created by Vito Moccia in 1998 and awarded First Prize at Italy's National Terracotta Whistle Competition. Over the years, this artwork has become a symbol of the company and of its distinctive artistic style. Founded by Vito Moccia and Rosa Pagliarulo, Moccia Italian Art Decor® preserves and renews an ancient tradition through authentic handcrafted ceramic and terracotta creations inspired by the culture and folklore of Southern Italy. Thanks to the international promotion carried out by Matteo Moccia, the atelier's creations have been exhibited from the United States to China, including exhibitions in New York, Milwaukee and Shenzhen. In 2025, the company participated in the 9th International Festival of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Chengdu, China, where CCTV – China Central Television dedicated a special report to the atelier and its famous "500". The story and uniqueness of Moccia Italian Art Decor® have also been featured by Rai and Mediaset and recognized by travel guides and international media as one of the most authentic artistic experiences in Puglia.
