    The app is really out of date. Aside from that, there’s some additional security concerns too. For instance, the app does not work at all with password managers. And, it won’t let you paste in a long, secure password. If you want to use the app, you’ll need a shorter, memorable password. Needless to say that that is not a good idea for online security, especially regarding to your bank account. 😬

  • Useless

    Stuck in the screen that is asking to update my security question and answer. When I press “accept and continue”it just reopens the same page. I can’t even check balances.

    The app literally has no use.

    This banking app is missing so many features. At this point we might as well just do any banking on the website. That’s all this is, a button to basically the website. It’s time to leave the dark ages of banking apps and see what other banks are offering and then make some major changes. Nice people, but this app and horrible. PLEASE UPDATE WITH NEW FEATURES.

  • Horrible bank and service!

    Worst app ever! Difficult to login and no customer service available to help unless you call the branch directly during their business hours. Horrible bank and service! Avoid at all cost!!
  • Login issues

    Horrible to try and log into. This app is beyond dated compared my other banking apps. USAA, Central Bank, and Guaranty Bank. So disappointed in the way this app is. I rarely am able to log in the first time. App is slow to respond. Half the time it won’t even bring up the main bank page in my browser. So it is definitely on the Banks end. I’m so disappointed that I can’t access my account. I may have to look elsewhere. Judging by the past reviews they won’t and don’t address the fact that the app and their website is horrible. Tired of being loyal.

  • Not the greatest

    This app is pretty good as far as being able to view my balance, transactions and statements...but that's if the app will let me login...I have issues with it not authenticating my thumbprint when I have set it up several times, it will work for a while, then stop working and then I can't even login by username and password because the password screen won't display, so then I have to uninstall and then download the app again... very frustrating... definitely needs an update.

  • Not great

    I don’t expect a community credit unions app to be very good but this is light years behind anyplace else I have banked. The fact you enable Touch ID and still have to enter your password every time is the height of bad design. The messaging feature is either very shoddy or CU employees don’t care about responding to reply messages sent through the app.

    The only thing I wish the app would do is, tell me my due dates on my loans so I don’t have to switch from the app and the website to look. Other then that it’s great!
