Great when it works!
I have to reset my password every time I close the app as it doesn’t remember me and says I have the wrong password. Now it won’t even let me reset because it freezes on the page with the security question. I fact the question doesn’t even load. What a shame.

Needs work
I like the service for processing credit cards, but the app looks and operates like it was designed by someone wanting to run my customers off. They need to take a look at the flow of square or paypal app to get a feel for how this needs to be done. If I hand my phone to a customer for them to sign and possibly add a tip, they can’t see a total until they click the button that makes the keyboard go away. Really? they don’t know the total until they click another button? Seriously, way harder than it needs to be. Only reason I gave it 2 stars is I like the service. The app itself deserves 1 or less.

Needs a total redesign
This app is clunky and slow. The powers that be need to redesign this app because it’s horrible. You may want to consider an iPad app as well.
Needs update badly
Has this app been ditched by Heartland? Needs many updates to compete with the likes of Square and Intuit. Please! I want to use this app so badly but can't stand it.

Improvements Needed!
Works great for taking payements on the go. One major downfall is it does not sync with quickbooks and the statements you receive from Heartland are not user friendly. It would be great if you could seperate out sales tax! Agree with other reviews that this needs to be updated to ipad version.
Not intuitive...
I don't know where to begin..it takes too long to make a transaction compared to other apps like square, the placement of the delete button confuses me.
