only works when i get bank to reset login info

i have taken my phone in the bank to figure this issue out 3x. they change some stuff, it works, i leave... as soon as i close app, it never lets me back in. info same on my end, even had it wrote down and triple checked everything. i just gave up. i now hit atm for balance info.. anything else i call. worst app experience, might as well not have it

Quit working

Had the app. Stopped working and got error message. Bank worked great with me but determined was a provider issue. Provider said was a developer issue. When tried to communicate with developer, their website kicked me back to the bank. Unresolved! Frustrated! No appโ€ฆ.

Terrible

It keeps saying it doesnโ€™t recognize my device which I use all the time to log in. Honestly I think they use too much security on the app. I mean it isnโ€™t like someone can draw all of your money out in the app.

I have been extremely unhappy with this app and bank! I call monthly and jump through several hoops to use monthly. I have never experienced difficulties with my other online bank-which I have had 5 years. I have had this bank for two very long years!

Functional

You can check your balance but that's about it. Would be great if Touch ID was integrated for the password.
