Wrong time to ask for a review
The app had just frozen while I was browsing a remote machine for the third time, and the app stayed frozen for a bit even after I closed and reopened it. As soon it managed to unfreeze itself, I got a popup asking for a rating. Pretty easy one star.
Now I’m thinking about trying to refund this purchase and giving up on native apps in favour of something cloud based.

Worked years ago but no longer
The app is no longer recommended - the current version should have never passed the App Store review.

functional but can be better
Another minor UI issue is that the software keyboard buttons messes with the ipad built-in swipe from the bottom functions when using a hardware keyboard.
