My Favorite of the Logic Puzzles

I’ve been playing Conceptis puzzles for many years, first on my computer and then on my phone too. They can be easy and challenging. Hints are available if you want to check if you are going in the right direction and you are impatient. Or you can just not look. Pic-a-Pix is my favorite. I started doing them on paper in the Penny Press logic puzzle magazines. I wanted more and found Conceptis puzzles on-line. I’ve tried a couple of other apps, but these are my favorites and have the best features and ease of use. Now I can do them whenever I want to kill some time or exercise my brain with a bit of logic figuring.

Challenging Fun for all ages

These puzzles have helped sharpen my brain for many years both on the app and through the website. I am now only approaching 80 so I am probably nowhere near the oldest player. The diversity of the pictures be they black and white or coloured never cease to amaze me. Through this app they are reusable so you can always retest yourself every few months. They should come with a health warning however as they are extremely addictive.

Entertaining

Love the puzzles, also appreciate that this game doesn’t have the fail system most games like this have,( three strikes and then start the hole picture over). Should also check out the other ones by them I personally also enjoy the link-a-pix.

App no longer works

I’ve had this app for many years and enjoyed playing it, however it has suddenly stopped updating. I can no longer get the weekly free puzzle, it times out with an error. I have uninstalled & reinstalled the app several times & reset my iPad with no change but now I can’t even play the games that I previously paid for as it will not restore them. Have messaged Conceptis with no reply. Very disappointed!

We received your email, sent you a reply, and you sent us a reply back so it seems the email communication issue you mention above is now OK. As for the problem with the app, we sent you our last email yesterday with some suggestions and waiting for your response.

Obsessed

I’ve been obsessed with this game for years!
Thank you

Thank you

After encountering a problem with this wonderful app after many years of use, I wrote a review complaining of that problem. Within hours I received acknowledgment of my complaint and assurance that the matter was being investigated. A few days later, everything was restored to its usual high standards. So, not only is this a game that I have spent years, and countless leisure hours, enjoying, but their customer service is second to none. And for that I want to say Thank You.

We apologize for the inconvenience and working on a long term fix. In the meantime here are some workarounds which can help you solve the problem: 1. If you are using an iPhone, temporarily change the internet connection from Wi-Fi to mobile data (or vice versa). Then pull down the Library screen to refresh the volume list. 2. If you are using an iPad, temporarily change the internet connection from Wi-Fi to mobile data using a hot spot from a mobile phone and making sure the mobile phone is connected to the internet using mobile data. Then pull down the Library screen to refresh the volume list. 3. You can also restart your router.

Love it

Great game

I have downloaded multiple nanogram apps, but this is my favorite. You get a variety of free puzzles and can buy more for reasonable prices. Also some free ones each week. I go back and work the same ones again and occasionally buy more to add to the mix. A good variety of both color and black and white as well as different difficulty levels. No penalties for wrong taps. No single color pics that magically turn to color. True color nanograms. There is a feature to check for errors if you get stuck or you can restart. There is a helpful grid guide to help you stay in the right lane for larger pics. There are no fancy stories or side activities. And no ads! I love it.

Fun Game

But is there a way to drag ur finger across to colour in the boxes instead of tapping each one individually?

Response from developer

Yes, there is a way: to fill in multiple squares, tap on the square you want to start with, wait for a second, and then start dragging. There is more information in the Help section explaining this, plus many more useful features.

Except for the cost, it’s first class!

I really love this type of puzzle, ever since I first saw them in Games magazine, and doing them in electronic form is the best way! I just can’t afford to keep buying them, as fast as I go through them. So periodically, I will go through my finished puzzles and reset them all to have more fun with ones I’ve already done. I find myself redoing mostly mediums, and rarely ones a little harder. One thing I love about these is that they’re always (in my experience so far) solvable using logic, not guessing. Another game I. Played often had more than one possible correct solution, and those are just bad. I wish I could afford more, but I have to live within a budget, so I have to find ways to save.

Thank you for your feedback, and it's wonderful to hear you are enjoying these puzzles. In case you want to reset all 20 puzzles in a pack at once, here is a tip: go to the Library screen and swipe to the left the puzzle pack you want to reset. You will see some more options this way.
