Somewhat dissapointed
The app does not have the ability to rotate to portrait view and apparently can only take shots in landscape orientation with the phone turned to the side with the volume buttons facing down. The phone cannot sit like this naked or with my case and therefore is incapable of making a stop frame without being mounted on a tripod. Aside from these limitations it works as advertised. Unfortunately for the half hour I tried making a video it is turned the wrong way and is a complete waste. Please enable rotation so that no matter which way the phone is turned it takes stills in the correct orientation including portrait.

Great app. Videos are of a high quality and it easy to used.

This is a great time lapse program and coupled with the 4S it does HD time lapse as effortlessly as is possible. I clipped the phone to my visor in the car and did a quick time lapse driving. Put the phone in a window and do one of the weather or traffic. What makes it great is that you control both the time between photos to make the movie and the movie playback spped in FPS. Using a computer program and a web cam to do this before and it wasn't able to play back at a high 120 fps rate because of the memory, hard drive and access issues. The phone did to wonderfully. Highly recommended for some real fun.

One thing....
Great app... Useful and entertaining but I would love to be able to import pictures from the camera roll so I could use pictures I already have taken. Otherwise amazing.

Frameographer is an awesome stop motion recording app. The app makes is so easy to create time-laps and stop motion videos. There is nothing complicated about how to use the app. You are able to determine how many frames you would like for it to take and also the time between each frame is taken. It gives you also the option to create a time laps video or stop motion video. Its as easy to use as a regular video recording app but with an awesome effect. I think this app is great as it is but if there was an option to choose an effect where you can use a cool filter or lens it would make the app even better. The user flow is a bit confusing to understand at first but once you get the hang of it, it is tons of fun.

Lots of promise
Love this app and where it's going. I agree with everyone else's feature requests and would like to request the ability to loop playback. This app is super helpful for doing animation pencil tests. Ooh and the ability to move frames would be superb!
Simple but outstanding app
When it comes to stop motion it's hard to beat the intuitive interface and now you can duplicate frames and come back to your project it's great.

It's very intuitive and good looking. It seems to be inspired by the iMovie design. I have just a few requests:
Option to disable the frame delete confirmation; it can get tedious if you need to delete many frames in a row.
Speaking of deleting many frames in a row, I wish there were some mechanic to accomplish that quicker. I mean something like "delete everything from this scene to that scene" because it is out of focus or no action is happening then.
Speaking of focus. I wish there were an option to force focus before every capture.
And here's an idea to remedy the lack of action. There could be an option to temporarily disable captures if there hasn't been any motion detected in the last xxseconds. Obviously, once motion is detected, that should reset and start capturing again. I realize this is a lot of work to implement. So it's at the bottom of my list.
