Easily the greatest barcode scanning app on iOS
This app can recognize pretty much every major type of barcode out there. Recognition and processing happens almost instantly — it's incredibly fast. There are a whole bunch of settings available for fine-tuning what barcode formats it recognizes, capture settings, etc etc. The UI is a little basic at times, but it's still extremely functional. As if the app being totally free with no hidden in-app purchases wasn't enough, there are also no advertisements outside of some fairly unobtrusive promotions of the company's products (which is more than reasonable).Show lessZefoss

When I first downloaded this app, I thought it was the best. Now, after updating it, the app now longer scans the barcodes. Before, it was faster than I could blink my eyes. As soon as I opened the app, it would scan a UPC. It is not the same anymore. Something was disabled from the original default settings. Scanning...scanning...Deleted...Show lessFtodaP

Fast and accurate
I print barcode labels in industrial applications and I like to use my iPhone to scan the barcode and test. For years I’ve used the Zbar app, but that finally stopped working with ios 11. After downloading about 20 barcode scanning apps that were useless, I finally found Cognex. Incredibly fast and accurate, with a smart way of aiming, when there are multiple barcodes to choose from.
