2014 Software Update
What an absolute load of rubbish that update was!
Do they not know how to test BEFORE imposing on customers.
And what a dent to the reputation of Apple for letting the release out without proof of function.
The complaint response is woefully slow and erratic.
If you do not retain ALL records of purchase they will not even try to correct the error they created.
When proof is supplied (without any data protection respectability) do not hold your breath expecting prompt attention. Also be ready for a monumental task to re-download every issue you want to recover - not a quick process either and only offers one at a time function.
Then after all that - the new software has less functionality - library does not support landscape mode for example.
Seems like the software team do not understand what progress is - heaven knows what will happen next time when they try to fix the deficiencies in this release.

Subscriptions no longer available
Very poor update. Have lost access to all magazines although I paid for a years subscription. Restoring in-app purchases did not resolve the issue either. All was fine until this update. Please fix ASAP!
Poor upgrade
The change to the app means that I have lost access to my subscription magazines. So far it's not good, whereas previously I was impressed by the availability of the magazine now I'm disappointed.
Will not work
I liked the magazine, but for the last 3 months it has not opened. It just keeps saying "updating database" and nothing happens. I am missing out, if you want a magazine your better off buying a hard copy. I paid for a years subscription ( it auto renewed, which is annoying) and now I cannot read them! I want my money back.
