  • Great app

I looked at a lot of the randomizer apps and this was the one I ended on. It's the easiest to use, and has a great look to it.
One little issue I have is that the icon won't show up right. It just shows the default white with the grid marks. I'm using it on an iPad 2 so that might be why.
Putting in the ability to add fan cards and expansions would be icing on the cake, but I love the app right now too.

  • Great feature set

This app has every expansion and promo card. It also has all but 1 feature I could possibly want, wrapped in a well designed interface. The one feature it's missing is ability to specify maximum number of sets (or alternatively min number of cards per set), but it's easy to swap out cards if you get 1 card from Alchemy, say, and you'd rather not have a potion card all by itself.

I LOVE being able to save our favorite set ups.

I like the included games and card catalog.

Perhaps best feature of all is how starting piles besides kingdoms are also specified (I.e. Platinums and colonies based on randomization procedure for rules.)

This has no graphics but I don't care. It helps quickly set up dominion games according to my criteria and save the good ones. Exactly what I need to accelerate set up.

  • Best of the bunch

This is by far the best of the Dominion randomizers: the most useful options, good design, and convenient little reminders in unobtrusive places, like the number of cards in the standard piles. Indispensable tool for a great game.
  • Best Dominion app but needs some work

There are quite a few Dominion randomiser apps on the App Store and I think this one is the best. The two that I think closely compete with this is the top two on the search, Obsidian Arts' and Jerry Hsu's.

    Pros
+Not as pretty as Obsidian's app but I think it makes it more functional
+Automatically tells you if you should be using the extra cards from Prosperity/Dark Ages
+Easy to select individual promo cards
+Up to date with the latest expansions, unlike Jerry Hsu's
    +White/blacklist function for individual cards
+Sort the randomised cards by expansion/name/cost
+Can alter the frequency of attack cards
+Setup guide to show you what cards you need based on the number of players

    Cons
-Option to guarantee one of each kingdom card costing 2-5 like Jerry Hsu's app would be nice
-Icon showing you to include shelters when using Dark Ages isn't very obvious
-Doesn't tell you if you need ruins cards and how many
-Would be nice if it only showed you the pre-built decks for the expansions you have selected

Cons are very minor, definitely best Dominion app of the store at the moment

  • Beautiful, simple companion app

This app drops all the fluff and keeps it simple, while still offering all the options you'd expect for a Dominion randomizer. Love the iOS 7 flat look. 👍
  • Almost perfect

This app has almost all the functions I'm looking for. Has Dark Ages support, required cards, excluded cards, promo cards, a Black Market and Bane generator, and if you like all but one card, you can even rerandomize that card again. Only downside is that the generated cards must be sorted by expansion rather than by price, alphabetically, etc.

  • Best free dominion shuffler

Went through all the free dominion shufflers in the App Store, and this one is the best there is. It has the important features: everything through dark ages, ability to drop single cards, and the promo cards including the black market deck. It even allows you to balance in favor or against attack cards. Didn't find any else with that feature set.

  • Gremlins

There is an announcement that there are gremlins in the data every time you open it. Makes me not trust this program so will not be using it.
  • Needs work; too hard to use at this time

This app may get good in time but it needs serious work. Although the Black Market has not been selected, the app won't generate a random set because I haven't selected enough cards for the Black Market even though it wasn't selected. It also is difficult to just generate a random set of cards. The concept of black listing certain cards is good in theory but it just doesn't work. There are many good randomizer apps but this isn't one of them. Avoid until the bugs are worked out.
