Can’t use as just a severe weather app
I downloaded the app in my basement during a tornado warning after midnight, and turned off all the notifications except for weather alerts. Didn’t get added info for my location, but later, when we finally got upstairs to sleep, the app woke me several times with random news alerts, none weather related. In the morning I made sure the non-weather alerts were turned off, but still got alerts even after restarting my phone. Alerts like random national business news. So I deleted it. WYFF TV and streaming has the best weather info in the area, but the app is terrible for that purpose.
