Poor performance / Poor everything
Previous version was much more user friendly. Alerts are more difficult to identify as well as mapping. You can't locate their home, you can't search specific times/dates, doesn't accurately "update location"...list goes on and on. Way behind the times in comparison to what other companies are offering. This isn't even to mention inability to make changes, see zones, or add notes.

Great app
This app works great. It is a must have for Law Enforcement who use this tool.
Crashes
Every time I try to sign in it crashes. Waste of space and time.
Useless
Use the web based version for work. Thought it would be nice to be able to have an app version for when I'm away from my computer, but it crashes every time I try to log in. Has not worked a single time. Worthless until they get it fixed. Zero stars.
