Heartbreaking
I created a very successful and what I thought was a supportive neighbourhood. Wow I was wrong! I played daily and really supported my created neighbourhood so was also the leader. I had to take a break for a couple of months due to lives little adventures and returned to discover that I had been demoted as leader, but it said I demoted myself and replaced it with another leader from my team. I think the developers need to really think about what they do because I definitely did not demote myself. I have found this heartbreaking as it was the game I played as I wasn’t able to physically have a pet, and developed a lovely farm. I now have no neighbourhood but I will keep my farm but will not start another neighbourhood where it can be taken away again. It is a fantastic game otherwise, but no longer for a team player. I was a strong team player and helped many farms along the way.

Played for nearly 10 years
I’m one of the biggest hayday advocates out there. I’ve played since I was about 18 and I still can’t get enough nearly 10 years later. The gameplay itself is obviously brilliant and you can see the attention to detail from the team who work on it. They’re constantly releasing new and improved areas / activities and ways to interact with the game, hence why I’ve never grown tired of it. The highlight in my opinion is that you can play the game without ever spending any money or watching ads. Those things can definitely increase the speed at which you progress, but if you’re happy to take your time, then it’s an amazing game to have completely free. I’ve become such a fan of their approach that nowadays, since I’m no longer a student and earn a wage, I’ll occasionally buy the farm pass or extra diamonds. I feel happy to part ways with my cash when it’s going to something I enjoy so much and feel has treated me well over the years as a ‘customer’. Thank you hay day for being a place of comfort for me over the years, providing brilliant gameplay and detail and being one of the top mobile games I’ve played.

Sad!
Used to really love this game, but I had a old iPad and ran out of space. So I very reluctantly deleted it. Afterwards I decided to get it back, I was so excited to finally play my favourite game again! I went on it and it was very glitchy, then it cut out only a few seconds after. It does it every time I try and go on it. I really wish you could fix this problem so I can play it again. I also want to get back to my favourite derby that I was in! Please fix this issue, I really hope this doesn’t happen to someone else. Thank you, Shari

We need a garden shed!!
I have been playing since the very beginning, and absolutely love this game. It’s a great way to pass the time. However, I do go through phases where I become incredibly bored and will stop playing for months at a time. The main reason I do this is always lack of barn space. I would honestly prefer to keep all building upgrade items, mining items, gardening items, etc, in a garden shed. That is something I know other players would love, as my friends play also, and our barns are filled quite quickly. I, like others, like to keep a supply of all food and clothing items stored in our barn, but it’s hard if it’s full of axes, saws and bricks. A garden shed would help tremendously and stop people losing interest.

Deleted my account without permission
Gameplay itself is fantastic and have had my account for 8 years. Had a few months away from the account as I’ve just not been on my phone as much and have come back to a new account on level 1. Query raised on 21st May and provided as much information I could about the account - all information they needed I had to go into the account to get … query raised in the first place as they deleted my account. 26th May I finally had a response to which led to “we cannot find your account”. At this point I had provided email addresses etc that was requested and now concerned the information they hold on me cannot be found either. I asked to file a complain as I’ve spent money on this game and it’s silly they can’t find it using game centre/facebook/email addresses and was told as they can’t find my account, I am not able to file a complaint. Really disappointed with how this was handled and won’t be playing anymore despite loving the game.

I have had this game for over 2 years on and off. Overall I enjoy the game, there are plenty of individual tasks as well as “derby” or group tasks to accomplish with other online players. The game is updated regularly and during the holidays special tasks/in-game activities occur, which is a fun touch! My rating is 4/5 stars for the sole fact there are a couple of “improvements” I would love to see within the game: 1. An option to lock/close the farm store front to sell items to fellow farmers in our neighborhood. Sometimes we are not online at the same time and would like to sell specific items to another to help them out and although I don’t advertise these items in the newsletter, other farmers still intercept and purchase the items before my fellow farmers can. 2. The gift catalogue where we can purchase a package with tickets we have earned from helping other farmers outright makes me mad!! Although it shows potential items and then the possibility of a random item, it is ALWAYS a random item! If it is going to be random, just advertise it as such, not as a potential to get an item you would like, but never receive! 3. If a farm needs help/the advertisement is shown in the newspaper, it should only be shown if it isn’t an option for the neighborhood to fill. It is so frustrating having the “help” derby task and wasting time visiting a farm to only find out you cannot help/fill orders since it is only for neighbors to fill.

Will delete your accessibly so you will lose all progress
I had an account for year then stopped playing for a while. I reinstalled the game to play again only to be greeted with the inability to log back into my old account and not be able to use facebook as my login. This means I have to start all over again. I reached out to support and this lead to them asking me date when I started playing and what device I used as this account is so old I’ve had many of phones since then how am I supposed to remember what devices I played the game on? I even offer to show an ID to show it is my old account. Now I’m left to suffer in the low levels of the game ? Not worth starting all over again honestly

Too Expensive and Wayyy wayyy Over Priced $$$$$$$$ get get me wrong this is a fantastic game I honestly love it it’s so relaxing and calming and it’s like owning your own real little farm with animals pets products machines a house and a bakery and food plantations of your own vegetables and even fruit trees and bushes and even your own town too fishing is included but the catch is you need to unlock these things and level up and wait very long hours and their package$ and deal$ are wayyy too e$xpen$ive and I’m addicted but it’s making me broke so plea$e lower the piri$e$🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Best farming game!
I’ve been playing this game for over 5 years and even if I don’t play consistently, I always find my way back. (I’m Level 46) This game reminds me so much of the OG Facebook FarmVille game and I love it. Btw the crops do not wither away on this game! ;) this is not a pay to win game in my opinion, I’ve spend maybe $50 in diamonds in all my years of playing just because I wanted to, not because I had to to advance levels. Of course most of the decorations/houses/trucks that you can buy to make your farm look unique are for diamonds but it’s not necessary. I haven’t noticed many glitches when I’m playing, so I think the dev team is pretty quick at fixing issues. One complaint I have is I wish it was easier to be able to expand my farm. You have to collect SO many different items to get more space. 🫠 and that getting the colored tickets was a bit easier. All the extra animals like cats, dogs, and horses all cost a certain amount of tickets to get them roaming around on your farm. I’d also mention that I don’t like how the storage is set up, like I have so many different decorations/fencing that it’s hard to see what I have because you have to go through the store tab. Not big complaints but they do bug me.
But overall, this game is fun, once your high enough level it will keep you very busy!
