**Update**
They finally added Face ID. Thank God to have it back. The app has gotten better. It still holds the forced website design on a mobile platform which is still poorly designed. However, there are some newer features such as getting a CD straight from the app which is nice. Bill pay still needs to be worked on. It is confusing for those who do not know how to use it and I have had to help a few people learn how to use it. Should be intuitive.

**Initial Review**
The app layout and designs was pretty much perfect. This new app design up is by far without a doubt the worst design banking app I have ever seen in my entire life. It is clunky, settings make no sense, and is imitating a browser instead of being custom designed for a phone. The designers of this need to go back to the drawing board or they need to be retrained because the talent that made the last app with common sense is no longer present. What an embarrassment of an overhaul and I can’t wait for all the elderly or older users get confused by this. Horrible decision. Bring the old one back. Might go all in on another banking institution just because of this cause I do everything online.
