I liked the old version much better. The new version seems very slow to refresh and slow all around. They need to keep fixing it to make it better. UPDATE THE APP WHEN THERE ATE PROBLEMS!!Jake123456769
App updates are horrible
No way to clear or delete weather alerts. Search function does not work. Chat does not work. Red notification number stays by the icon even after viewing and deleting incidents. Previous app version was much much better.MlKE DEE

The notification number over the app stays even after you open to view incident. The only way to clear it is to log out.Cwh51990
App will not open
I cannot open my app, it just goes to the black bnn screen then crashes, I've reset my phone and everything still won't work. I can see the page as a banner but it won't let me open the app, this is also stopping me from reporting which i would like to get back to doingCarmine DeLucio

Overall a pretty decent app, however there are some updates that need to be made.
iPhone 5 support
Universal binary for use on iPad
Be allowed to log in from multiple devices
Have the screen keep if you need to switch out of the application and come back to finish an incident (currently erases everything)

BNN is Great !
I've only been using it for a few days. The support has been great from them setting it up just the way I want it to work. Kinda cool getting all of this information and being able to dial in just what I want.BUFFERspanket
