I downloaded the app and the choices in the games just don’t work
You either have hold down for games to realise or just doesn’t work.
Just so upsetting because twinkle is brilliant just not as a gaming app for kids to learn I guess.mrs asgharrr

Does not work
I really liked the idea of this app however it does not work properly. Questions are marked wrong when they are right, also questions don’t have the correct drag and drop answers. Such a shame!laurencroasdale

I love this app and use it daily but please fix the sound. It is a real problem for my kids. It's slow and doesn't match the actions on the screen. ThanksFYWhales

I purchased this app after getting a recommendation from my sons teacher. After reading the other two reviews about bugs I went ahead and bought it on my iPad Pro and as warned I too had loads of bugs. BUT the customer support to rectify my issues were AMAZING, without doubt the best customer support I've received from any business.

I found a few glitches as well, however Twinkl responded very quickly, and the issues seem to be resolved now.
