Seems pretty good
I was seeing an error when I tried to load my own music into the player but that turned out to be my own fault as Apple Music had been offloaded to save on storage. The developer gave a very prompt response to my review which helped me to figure out what was wrong. It seems to be working well now.

It appears that this can happen from time to time and has nothing to do with Tinnitus Music Player (do a Google search with the error message to see various suggestions how to fix it). At any rate I suggest you uninstall the app, switch off the device and then re-install it.
