Ran over my goggles
All products are amazing. I ran over my goggles when the fall off my 2025 Arctic cat 858. The track was studded and we were in hard pack snow. Goggles were barely scratched. Very grateful for it, only had the one pair with me.

Terrible company, terrible service.
The app won’t work, batteries are faulty, batteries don’t charge. Zero customer service from these people. Never buying 509 ever again because of the lack of service, working goggles.

Many crappy aspects of googles
With this second gen. You never know what mode it’s on. Gotta use app. The app is very very picky. Got email and password but can’t get in. Rest password log in on the email they send you. Then try app and it says invalid email. Yet just moments before I log in with the link they sent to my email.

It let me login once but then froze. Now it won’t allow me to sign in at all, keeps saying wrong password though I’ve reset it three times.

HORRIBLE APP USAGE
Trying out new 509 Tactical 3.0 with 509 Sinister X7 Ignite goggles. Now I’m on the side of a trail and need to log in to the app - the login I use for EVERYTHING including 509 says invalid… ok forget password and reset… reset the password and go to enter the new password - still invalid. App is essentially unusable and a waste of time. Get it together!!!

Unusable app
I have been trying to login to this app to control my ignites multiple times. I know my email and my password. I’ve reset it, and it still says invalid username or password.
Isn’t working
I reset my password to ensure everything is correct and it is. I am able to login on the 509 website however I am unable to login with the same credentials on the 509 app. It just tells me wrong email or password after completing a password reset and confirming all info is typed correctly. Occasionally unable to use in the backcountry without cell service which is a terrible design as it will randomly logout and then you have no control over the goggles via Bluetooth. Overall just a poor app design as well. Not what I expected at all with a $350 pair of goggles. Try disappointing 509.

Login Issues
Love the product, you have to login to use it every time. Every time i try to login it won’t let me. Says it doesn’t recognize account. On top of that, you try to go through the website and everything crashes when you click on a product. Great products, terrible website/app.
Trash app
Complete trash just get klim googles. This app wont even log in. Who ever is in charge of the app is a complete joke. Worthless. I paid 360 for the googles and only can use the auto settings.
