As a person who uses this on a daily basis, it is very buggy. Please update the software because the app crashes anytime I get an order or anything like that any message and it makes it very difficult to do my job every day.Delivery driver01
Location
This app says you must have location on all the time. I got a notification that it was using my background location for three days. No, you don’t get to know my location at all times. It’s none of your business where I am when I’m not working. It probably means they’re collecting data and selling it. Y’all are a joke. Don’t develop any other apps.Show lessFkyourads
Crap app in general
When I get an order and the sound notification comes through it crashes the app and if I am listening to something through my phone like music it crashes that as well. My location has not been working for about 6 months and I can’t find a fix for it. If you are a business owner do not use this app.imperca64
Need to constantly hit refresh
In order to see new correspondences from dispatch I need to refresh, in order to see incoming orders I need to refresh. The app used to alert me when orders and messages came through(by crashing half the time, but at least it was something), now I have no idea when I have new orders coming in.farrellenoble

Horrible
If I could give zero stars, I would. This app is in serious need of updates. The app consistently shuts down and disappears when receiving an order from dispatch, a text message from dispatch, and various other reasons. Notifications
I have my notifications on at all times and I have to constantly press the refresh button to see if I have any orders. The first day I used it the orders would pop up and make a sound to notify me and now they never do. Needs Fixing
Just did my first shift as a delivery driver using this app. This app crashes just about every time something changes or is sent by dispatch. If you constantly restart the app though, and spam the refresh button, it *does* function albeit barely. This should also track your miles & gas usage so you can write that off.Show lesssethsmyth
Nonsense
The app notifications are still crashing through the iOS native “do not disturb” setting. You have not updated this app in two years. You have not responded to a single review here. The sound is terrible and extremely loud, which I cannot change. The app quits on a regular basis just when I try to use it. There is literally nothing good I can say about this app and I only use it because I have no other choice. Everything about it is shameful. But you have a captive audience, so I guess you don’t have to change a single thing or respond to anyone or take anyone seriously. Update and Stop Ignoring Everyone’s Requests
I’m having the same issue as everyone else where the app isn’t being updated and now I’m having to refresh the app just to see order notifications or stuff in the chat box from dispatchers. Please update the app so everyone in our industry that uses your app can efficiently do our jobs.kry.pt.jc
