Poorly implemented
Set password Then it complains it needs a number In the set password screen it does not list requirements Add a number It complains about upper lower case They have an entire screen to work with and seem unable to list requirements

Towing service is a joke
Called in on my way home from getting a new trailer and asked if it was covered for and the young girl I was speaking with said yes. Well guess what today the wheel hub on my trailer broke and I decided to call them up and they said it was not covered! AFTER THEM TELLING ME I WAS COVERED THEY THEN TOLD ME THEY WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING. asked to speak to a manager and Robert tinker took my name and number and I STILL have not received anything at all back from them. Can’t log in
Set up without my involvement. Don’t know the password. App help didn’t provide any. There I was supposed to use a provided password which I hadn’t been provided. Ugh.dmm1117

BaZing helped us recently with my husband’s cell phone. He dropped it in a parking lot and the screen shattered and the speaker quit working. We used the cell phone protection from BaZing to cover the cost of our insurance deductible with our carrier. So glad I signed up for this account. I used the roadside assistance to unlock my car and jump it off. They arrived in 20 minutes and were fast and efficient. I have also used the app to save money at restaurants and boutiques.Readelo
