Love the app until…
Love the app. Bought the full game. All of the sudden it’s asking to pay more for the full game when i purchased the app in full already.

Progress not showing
I have paid for kinder to grade 6 The kids love using this app almost daily ...
But... The progress report has not up dated since December 2020...
It's now February 2022 .. It's a little disheartening to not see the progress the kids have made

Great App and Customer Support
I downloaded this app for our 5 & 3 1/2 year olds. They love this app and played the two free games constantly, even though we also have ABC Mouse they prefer this app better. I decided to purchase the subscription that can be used for both our boys on separate devices. I had some issues getting the second App setup. Emailed customer support and Kevin dealt with my issue quickly without fuss and helped me get the second app working in no time. Great app and customer support highly recommended.

Games ok but expensive
Free games are ok but you can't buy anymore unless you sign up for a monthly subscription and unlock all apps. Would be better to be able to unlock a few for an upfront price.
Could be amazing…
I had my 3 year old try out the free version and he loves it. I went ahead and purchased a year subscription because I thought it was worth it however, buyer beware IT DOES NOT transfer between devices even with apple account. This is a huge flaw because I purchased the app on my new phone and now he can only play the full version on my iPhone 13. I wanted him to be able to use it on my old iPad which has a super kid proof case and not nearly as expensive to replace. I already canceled the automatic renewal and frankly wish I could get my money back. Very disappointed.

I’ve struggled to find top notch preschool apps that are challenging and appropriate for learning and growing toddlers! It’s even harder with an older device with an older operating system - especially when I don’t want to give in and buy a newer device.

I didn’t know when I first introduced my son to it, but he actually ended up being ahead of his class in learning specifically sight words and phonics.
