AFL of Victoria is a second rate circus.
Why is it that every time I watch the Crows play football they are dudded by incompetent or what appears to be blatantly cheating umpires .

Don’t blame the coach
The problem with AFC is the clubs attitude that there is nothing wrong. I don’t blame the players or coaches it goes much deeper it comes down to recruiters and list managers, if you don’t understand that the center is where the game starts and it’s the crucial place to recruit for then you should not be a recruiter or list manager stoppage is where games are won or lost. The best forwards in the competition can’t kick goals if the supply isn’t there please wake up.

Dissatisfied with the Crows
I’m very disappointed in the crows performance their skill level is poor and they seem to lack direction. We are 5 goals behind in the last quarter and we still go around the boundary what sort of direction are the players getting from the coach.
Skill level is poor the club wants us to keep being members and pay out our money well how about the coaching and recruitment staff earning their money.
I don’t believe we have the talent to make the finals again this year. I’m seriously considering whether I renew my membership next year

Poor leadership at Board level
Where are the woman board members and why is the pay for woman’s team the best in the comp so low?Why are older members so poorly considered and consultation lacking .Why have first Australians been so poorly treated at the Crows ztThr club required a shakeup and members should come first not last it would help if we had full disclosure of financial details.

I have asked multiple times for this to be fixed and it is still not working.
