This year when trying to access my member tickets via the app to add to my Apple wallet, EVERY GAME, I can’t access the ticket. I’ve tried signing out and back in, deleting the app and reinstalling, but nothing works. I’ve tried a couple days before games, a day before, the day of, no matter when, I can’t access the ticket. We’ve had to go to the membership office on game day to get a physical ticket each time. It’s really frustrating because I understand the decision to abandon the plastic membership cards, but the app ticketing needs to be reliable. Maybe just give a standard member barcode on the app that can be scanned for all home games instead of individual tickets for each game that have to be downloaded and added to the wallet every round. We pay so much money for membership and this ticketing system is just not good enough.
