Great app. Saves money

Works somehow but mot enough help.
You should let people know that with some wifi signals it won’t log in or make any calls, on those cases a data connection is required. Need better customer support, too slow and difficult to make questions.

Big improvements
This app was horrible and barely worked about a year ago. I recently tried it again and it has been working great for texting and calling. Considering cancelling my other service after I test it some more and make sure it’s reliable.
Horrible
It doesn’t work. System is unintuitive and poorly designed. Good luck getting tech support or customer service. There’s nothing like being in a foreign country and not being able to verify your card.
Full of bugs
Poorly designed app shows the wrong names on text and calls does not link properly with Contacts release prematurely should have been tested before pushing it to the App Store. Been a customer for three years not compatible load banks as they claim if you need a real number for verification we need one tie to your Social Security number with a real eSIM provider

Works as stated but 1 problem…
The problem I am having with this app is when menus say Press 1 for …. When I press 1 it is not recognized by the answering system. Pressing 2 or 3 seems to work but on several outgoing calls the 1 prompt doesn’t work. App developers, can you fix this? Thank you.
Truly terrible support
I had a problem not reciving SMS on the APP, everything else was OK. I contacted them via the website and they did not pick up, they told me to send the message. The return message said I had to DELETE the ACCOUY! I contacted again and they told me to delete and reinstall the APP , which is easy enough but they did not check if the issue was repaired and closed the chat abruptly!! The app is working now but not thanks to them!!

Will not work / install properly on my iPhone (iPhone 13 pro iOS 16.4.1)
Installed on my iPad calling feature not working and if they are the signal is very poor. Brought up the problems to the “technical “ support team. They are very committed but can not give any solutions. Trying to get a refund no response.

Dreadful app
I would give it 0 stars if I could. Customer support is non existent and will simply blame your ISP or your phone manufacturer rather than attempt to even help solve the problem. Don’t waste your time
