This is a great app, so easy to trfr tickets when unable to attend, I am a country member and have not been able to attend recently but now can trfr on the same day

Very poor app: Firstly, it has always been slow to open. Secondly the match report is totally predictable and light weight.
It is always quicker to get news thru other media outlets .
Generally very poor. Suggest someone at WCE takes a look at what other outlets are doing in terms of prompt release of news etc, speed and ease of moving around the site and the quality of reporting and other information.

Improved App
West Coast have listened to fan’s feedback and improved the App - but there is still room for improvement. In particular, improve the audio on questions being asked of the coach during the post match - which are almost inaudible- and the cheesy player interviews of players is too much!
Review
Need more video footage of training and just general photos of the teams. Also behind the scenes not just of the players but everyone and everything that they do to help the teams get onto the park!
Need glasses
This app is fantastic the site is magnificent but you cannot make the wording any bigger by opening up your fingers the lettering doesn’t get any bigger if this could be included it would make it a five out of 5
The Voice
West Coast Eagles and the AFL, along with other similar entities and corporates, should NOT become political and try to influence the masses! It’s a disgusting act and you should stick to football which you are struggling with at the moment.
My family strongly OPPOSE the Voice and will be voting NO. We fully support Aboriginal
people like Jacinta Price who speak for their community with wisdom and believe it is a racist act. They don’t want to be treated differently to everyone else.
My family are shocked that our beloved football team would be so ignorant to oppose the wishes of many aboriginal people on the ground.
Furthermore I will not be attending any games this year and will NOT be continuing my membership next year. My other family members who sit beside me are also considering the same.
Very disappointing.

Cannot access my Ticketmaster club membership game day tickets and some videos will not load ( Pre game show ). Sad to say but this app is broken.
WCE WEBSITE
I would just like to say that the site needs to be updated more regularly as it contains the same information for long periods of time and can be quite difficult to find stories/announcements etc..etc..
An avenue to send messages to coach, players and staff would also be something that would help make being a member part of the family!
Hopefully this is received as it is meant to be, constructive.

The best team/app EVER
If you don’t like the eagles who are you. This app makes me on top of all the games and fixtures and first look at the new team. I love the eagles and this is perfect.
Sad Times for Eagles
My wife and myself attended our first game at the Optus Stadium last Saturday
Night Eagles vrs Bulldogs
Shocking game as the Eagles are in an obvious Lull, hopefully they will recover by next season and Soar Again free of COVID and a regroup of injury free Players
My main reason for my review is to thank the stadium staff at Gate B for their wonderful attention to me when I ran out of wind and could not go any further without assistance when we arrived by taxi.
The staff also made sure I was attended to by wheelchair and escorted to the taxi rink to go home.
Thank You Thank You.
I could not speak more highly of the girl at the outside barrier the French girl at Gate 3 Isle 121 and the supervisor who kept us informed
We do live in beautiful State
